The online mode I know this was discussed...
...and if memory serves me ( forgive me , if I lack some details )
This was in a build we sent to our sega buddies..

But I do not recall at all, this mode was finished

Multiplayer yup, that mode was more advanced in development

Just found out dozens of old iomega zip drives I used to backup stuff back then
Let's see if this is still working, probably need to setup an old OS...

Better than playing 4-player split-screen on a Nintendo Switch. I've done it.

This is brilliant - one of the original Devs searching through their old zip drives now. It's like raiders of the lost dreamcast game! Ty @Cesarm.

Spawn Wave now covering the finding of the dev kit

Afaik or recall
The simpsons " spin-off " was just an idea, I think we never had the " ok " from FOX ( who owns the IP)

Blowup, I think only one level was done, I wouldn't call this a "game " but an playable demo to pitch
This was kind of a platformer, where the main char would absorb and throw balls

--> Just imagine an Earthworm Jim + kirby game
That's the best I can describe this haha

As for Roach... Uggg nothing comes to my mind really
( Maybe some covid leftovers?) Clueless on that one

All I see is an old monkey here

Got an old dreamcast here, unfortunately game pads aren't being recognized... I may need to search the world wide web for a possible fix, already burned this old prototype .

Getting ready to play this baby in the emu

Ah the joy !
You made my day

I love this, it's like gaming archaeology in action. Huge thanks to all involved bringing this stuff to the fore for the community. Also congrats PC on your YouTube channel growth (I'm still determined to get you on the DC Junkyard podcast!) :D

pcwzrd13 wrote:Andy replied to my question about the light gun support. He only recalls it being an idea but doesn't remember actually implementing it. I guess it's possible one if the programmers added it and didn't tell him. Who knows. lol

I always remember thinking there was light gun support, unfortunately I was unable to try it way back when I recorded that video because the owner of the disc didn't have a CRT to test it with (I even took a gun with me to try it!). Then later I was told - I don't recall from where - that lightgun support was misconstrued or an urban myth of some kind. I guess we'll find out now with this discovery (look like it actually is a part of the game thanks to the discoveries in this thread) :D
