I remember.. I'll be damned if this not the only title..

..you reach CD2, save, when you like to return it forces swap L0L you HAVE to CD1 to load save into CD2..

I also remember very vaguely maybe Driver 1 too? In replays very rare and for a split second you get a camera from the cops' cockpit would love to actually see it..

Speaking of Atomiswave? Are there any games that can be burned onto a CD that use Atomiswave?

They will not function full speed from CDR. It needs GDEMU or alternatively it does perform well with Dreamshell and the serial SD adapter. You will get stuttering and audio issues of you attempt to run from CDR.

If you think that is cool, wait till you see they now have Driver 1 cities included in an all new expanded project called OpenDriver. ReDriver2 was it's own thing and they succeeded in fully porting that game to PC. Now they are focusing on the best retro Driver experience by combining the first 2 games into 1 and you can now choose any city you want to mess around in, crank the view distance out to infinity fully rendering everything and much more. This other expanded project lacks traffic and pedestrians in cities for now, but you can fully load up every map. Even the tutorial levels form Driver 1 or the secret Newcastle city. It takes the assets from the PSX version of Driver 1, not the PC version, but that is cool as it was quite different to the PC one.

Perhaps not all of them but probably at least 10 seems to work properly especially main titles( dolphin blue, demolish fist, force five , samurai showdown, kof xi and so on.) Work well on cdi. Thats more than good enough to have the option. Alot dont have stutter, just so so load time
