You really shouldn't base it off that . Keep in mind all 3ds models are considerably more powerful than the Dreamcast, heck they are more powerful than the Wii. Then there's ram and there no contest there. Also portiing isn't just a button you click, they would have to rewrite memory management, graphics library , input and so on ,THEN hunt down bugs.
