I understand your cycnism and respect it. But its already been confirmed by Arcade Heroes that SEGA will annouce a new arcade board. So yes, new arcade hardware will be annouced and publicly confirmed by SEGA.

let me rephrase: I have nothing against the rumors of new arcade boards, as they appear every few years hence they are not "lies"

but I've just had it with the " next month sega's gonna reveal their next CONSOLE" and then nothing happens & it just gets next-next month & next-next-next month and so on (this has been going on for 10 years now > 120 months) don't you think its time to quit? I mean I wanna see a next sega console as much (prolly even more) than any of you here, but this is getting ridiculous...

I fully agree with you it is getting ridiculous with these fake rumors of a new console, as I've said before all they do is build up false expectations and hype for nothing. If people want to speculate on what a new Sega console would be like then keep it theoretical, stop the wild claims and predictions..
