Dreamcast RF Adapter problems.

I Have an TV Tuner. I Turn on my DC and scan to get video. But it doesn't find anything.
Actually get same result as antenna is not plugged. At our country we do not use Analog Television Anymore.
Actually on my normal TV when I scan it appear.

The TV Tuner is TurboX HTT-1000, only released in Greece.
