Weight of the Twin Sticks?

I have a UK seller willing to ship me the Twin Sticks with Frame Gride. I'm still talking price with him, but trying to make sure shipping is as cheap as possible.
Can anyone tell me the Twin Sticks weight? I'm seeing about 2.5kg in a few locations. And I also need a decent but cheap shipper if possible, Royal Mail?
