VGA Port Displaying Blue Screen

When connecting my dreamcast to my TV via VGA, the screen has a bluish tint and does not display colors properly - seemingly losing a red tint. When connecting via AV cables all colors are fine, I found threads on this issue on other sites without a definitely solution. What could cause this issue and what needs to be done to fix it?

The console is a VA1 NA, GDEMU, Noctua Fan, DreamPSU modded console and this happened after installing a gdemu mounting kit - tested using a direct SD card rather than an SD extender to test it as well and still displays a blue tint. When having screws connecting the gdemu kit to the console rather than a appearing light turning on, on the GDEMU it looks like more of a spark so the screws were removed and GDEMU still works.
