Broken Pelican 4x Memory Card

Hello ! I'd recently found a clear Pelican 4x Sega Dreamcast memory card, but the problem is my Dreamcast doesnt recognize it. I've tried using all 4 controller ports with 4 different controllers, but all my other VMUs and memory cards work except this one
