Toshiba 65HM167 DLP Television

I have a Toshiba DLP rear projection TV. It has a a VGA connection on the back for using a PC. My worry is if I use a Dreamcast VGA box, will it cause damage to picture or just not work?

Thanks for help!

So you're asking if a device that is made to be used in a certain way, will die if you use it in that specific way? Sorta the same like asking if your phone will be damaged if you use it to make a call...

It will either work on it won't. No damage to your TV, or DC will take place.

I've used my VGA-Box (not genuine) so far:

Samsung CRT monitor (old).
LG LCD monitor (old).
Cheap chinese VGA-to-HDMI.
Philips LCD TV (old).

It worked great everytime without damage.

Additionally, I've never heard about anybody with problems of this type.
