Ran it through http://www.fat32formatter.com/ and my HDD is now working!!!!!!

Requirements for USB-GDROM:
-Up to 2TB in size, but I have found it unreliable past 1TB in size
-MBR Partition (It will give you the "No FAT32 Partition Found" with GPT)
-FAT32 formattted with 64k clusters
-Launch DASHBOARD.iso in the root of the drives
-Folder structure is unimportant, but separating GDI and CDI's keeps the USB-GDROM from getting confused
-USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 is unimportant (I have tested many drives with different types without problems)
Quick note about MNEMO's menu
-To use disc swap:
-Press the disc you want to swap in first (IE the second disc)
-THEN press the first disc second (it took me a while figure this out)
