I'm really surprised that so many people are having an issue with this, the reason the rule isn't added is that the internet connection isn't available when the Dreampi starts up and it needs to look up the IP address to add. I thought this was only affecting Wi-Fi users!

I'm currently visiting family but when I get back I'll try to get a fix out.

No pb with my Wi-fi connexion.

The problem appeared weeks after for me, very rare. Applied that rule and now works.
I rode that thread and people claiming it thinking that this issue was only for wifi users. I was happy playing only with the 1.5 update.

Thanks for all the help but im still having issues. so i followed dreamcast-lives ports that needed forwarding, then i tried all the methods in this thread and whenever i logon i still get a communication error and will only let me play online for a few seconds, thanks!

Thanks a lot! Was having this same issue using Wifi and it's working now!

Ok so it turns out I broke this! It should now be back working for 1.5 users, Wi-Fi users may still have trouble until 1.6.

When I open up the editor, all I see is a black screen with commands at the bottom. No code to edit, where did I mess up?

Are you sure you didnt mistype the file name? If its blank it usually a typo somewhere so linux thinks you are starting a new file
