How to I use Serial Number/Access Key on ives pso ver2 ep

So I’m using the this version because it works better than the original cdi release but since I want to play online is it ok to use the SEGA test codes or are they blocked?

I'm not sure what you mean by Sega test codes, but if you're not super high level, no reason to use EP version yet. Use Ives Non EP version. It still has all the great improvements Ives has made over the vanilla gdrom, and unlike the EP version, you won't be instant booma chow when you switch to ultimate from Very Hard mode.
