Port Forwarding with Google Wifi (Dreampi)

I'm having issues with my Port forwarding in Google Wifi. First of all, it won't recognize DC's IP, so I've set it manually (reserved IP) and entered the port forwarding there. However, now my DC will always disconnect from the internet as soon as I've established a connection.
In the Google Wifi app, I only see the Pie's IP address, not the one from my DC.

Anyone any suggestions? DMZ apparently is not an option on Google Wifi. All other games that not reqire port forwarding work just fine.
