Submitting Monaco Online Scores?

Hi,
I've managed to set some times on a couple of tracks that beat the times on the dreampipe leaderboard. The only issue is that I don't know how to submit them. If I log in on my dreamcast and go over to the hall of fame section it just says 'database reading error'. The classification loads fine but not this.

Any ideas as to where I'm going wrong?

You can't "submit" times. They're recorded automatically when you race online. Offline racers don't count towards the leaderboard.
