Unable to connect Quake 3 Master Server

Tried: 100.10.49.113
and others too
Error:
No response from Master Server List
Doesn't show the server list
I'm using a BBA.

on the "No response from master list screen" go down to where it says more and put the ip of the server u want manually. Here is the server list
app.php/page/q3masterOption number 2 is to put the dc talk ip as the dns . The current dctalk ip is 100.10.49.113
Keep in mind the dc talk ip does change

Same issue rebel tho specifying the sever does work.
