Well I got the game burned just fine, but it just keeps timing out on the authentification server. Am I doing something wrong? I suck at poker and don't know how to play the other games, so no big deal if I can't get it going lol

Make sure you grab the modified CDI from https://www.dreamcastlive.net/downloads
It has the patched IP address needed to connect to server.

FYI if you are using an unmodified GDI or CDI version of IGP and Dreampi 1.7 (this route may be added in 1.8 or later)
then you can do the following as an alternative to fix the route:

first you'll need to login to your pi
username: pi
password: raspberry

then type the following and hit enter

Code: Select all

sudo nano -w /etc/rc.local
you'll be brought into an editor

scroll down until you are in between "exit 0" and "fi"

type in the following line

Code: Select all

sudo iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -d 204.210.43.239 -j DNAT --to-destination 146.185.135.179
Then hold down "Ctrl + X" you'll be prompted to save just type "Y" press enter,
then it will ask you the file name, rc.local should already be entered for you so just hit enter again

reboot your pi and your done!

The CDI is 702MB and IMGBURN says there's not enough space to burn the image. Do we need to Overburn this file?

My PC says it's 760MB, why is this disc image too large for a CD? Its a CDI XD

I've tried burning it in IMGBURN on overburn setting, and it seems to have failed,I got an I/O error in IMGBURN that the burn failed. I downloaded the Dreamcast patches and put them in the IMGBURN folder, they seemed to overwrite some existing same-named files in there.
