pso v2 jap serial code, where to find it

So, i already know people on here told me the japanese version of pso has bugs, but it's the cheaper one and i just need it for the legit serial code, then i do assume i can just play with bugs xD or with a burned copy. Now the question is : where is this code located?is in the cardboard i'm showing you in the photo?because almost no one seems to have it, or is in the manual?could someone give me a screen of the code (even blurred or pixelated) to better understand where is located?

That's for the US version, because Sega of America is cheap. The PAL version has it on a separate piece of paper, and I would think the Japanese one is the same way.

Can you make or give me some insight in how to turn your CDI into a Gdi? A friend can't use CDI on his usb-gdrom
