NTSC and PAL sites share same database, so if you upload a graffiti in ntsc version, any PAL user can download in their format. Unfortunally website and webpages must be differents due to a technical issues in filenames.

I mean, doesn´t matter if your upload a graffiti with a PAL or a NTSC version, all people will see all graffitis.

UPDATE: Fixed a bug in jet set radio login. Now PAL users can login

What do I use for a login? Selecting create just times out. Dreampipe login doesnt work.

Did you see any errors when uploading?
Which scores did you attempt to upload?

I tried to upload some story mode scores (specifically benten-cho noise reduction). The save file would load, the score would show up, but when I hit submit, I would be taken to the generic Dreampipe in game landing page. The scores do not show up as being submitted.
