Power smash online revival chances ?

Hi,
Since shuouma is working hard in resurrecting the online modes of some sega sports games (WSB2k2 is just the beginning
), i was wondering if the online mode of the jap version of Virtua tennis could be something also feasible ?
Might it be coded the same way or is it something completely different ?

Wow, it took me 20 years to find out Virtua Tennis JAP had an online mode :O

Damn, I had no idea the JP version had online play. What the hell was Sega thinking not putting online play into the US/EU versions!!

Power Smash has online, it uses similar server as Daytona.

Even though it would be funny to have this mode available in the menu of your us or pal version, it will not help to revive the online mode anyway..
