The path of least resistance is to buy a BBA, but whether you'll be happy with that option depends upon which games you want to play.

pretty sure dreamcastlive ships internationally.. that would probably be the easiest thing if you have the money..

or buy a pi and SD card locally then get the USB modem and LVI from DC LIVE to save some money..

shipping will still be a bear but you should at least be able to get the pi and SD card cheaply..
