Forum For Dreamcast Browsers

I've made a post or two about this in the past, but there's a crapton more people on now that don't know about it

Over at http://bb.dreampipe.net is a fully functional web forum only for Dreamcast browsers. I'm active enough here to consider it an extension of this forum exclusively for Dreamcast browsers

The forum has been pretty much dead. So it'd be cool if the word gets around if more people started using it. I'd actually like to make it part of my morning ritual to load up Planetweb and check the forum if there was more activity there

I'd also update both the forum and Dreampipe main alot more if a bunch of people started using it

My intention is not to divert traffic from here, but rather make for a more rich sense of community for Dreamcast Online

Hope to see you guys on 8-)

Yeah http://dreampipe.net/vmu/

Its more for personal use than an archive or something. To retrieve your file you have to go to http://dreampipe.net/dpwww/upload/uploads/

I need some help getting a proper way to sort the files by name like BlueSwirl, those are one of the things I'd update if a bunch of people used it to create a mandate

I actually want to figure out how to attach VMU files to posts on BB to help if you're stuck in a game or something, or just want to upload scores/100% cleared etc

Posting using SA1 and PC has been fixed. I'm going to look into logging in with a vmu file, but until I do everyone can post now. All Dreamcast browsers should work now too, maybe even Sega Saturn

I'm going to look at that soon, I've also thought that. But the addon for file attachments is a paid addon, and I'd have to modify the plugin to use the VMU

But you'd have to save the picture from the dreameye to the vmu, I don't think any browser can recognize the camera

I'm in the process of getting my DreamPi components so I can attempt to bring my Dreamcast online - basically for the first time. I just bought a replacement for my lost DC 56k modem as well as the Dell NW147, and i'm waiting for stock availability so I can order the line voltage inducer from Dreamcast Live. Long story short, I am looking forward to checking out DreamPipe and the online games. Guess i'll have to get the keyboard and mouse at some point down the line as well.
