Rolly wrote:Hello guys. Another problem. Possibly - another fake modem (!)? Look at this - and of course DPi log.
Google says that is soft modem. Right (time to going & kill the seller)?

I'm sure the modem is fine. Someone I sold a DreamPi kit had the issue with only one light on the modem and it turned out that his router was blocking traffic to the Pi. He disabled the firewall on his router and it worked fine after that. You might have the same issue.

Edit: @PC I guess it wouldn't hurt to add a troubleshooting page to dc-live listing all those issues if you haven't done so already, and add that other modem to the list of working modems. So one can just google their problem and find an answer

Thank you all guys. Strange but first problem is resolved. It is charger. First one have 4,7V - its too small to Raspberry & Modem. Secondary got 5V and modem now flashing with 2 leds. Now left is pulsing. But Dreamcast still not connect.
SD Card is reflashed, 4 different types modem cables tired and 2 voltage inducers (battery & usb type). Ah! I dont use a router.
Time to pass :/

Hello guys
After months... The first problem is solved. This is not a modem, however, the fault of the old ISP operator (maybe ports..no idead).
I remembered about the topic on the new operator (Toya Poland, internal IP) modem (Dell) connected to the cable. Two green lights are shining -OK. The latest version of DreamPi on the SD card.
Dreamcast (Pal) modem has announced (Planet Web from XDP) about the connection (green phone icon on photo), unfortunately, the pages after the constant charging finally do not open ...
A screenshot below.

I checked all option settings.
Dial up : 555 or 1111-1111
dream
dreamcast
DNS: 46.101.91.123 or 0.0.0.0
8.8.8.8 or 0.0.0.0

Any ideas or suggestions ? I am closer now than before :)

This looks like on the video (after 2:30 - unable to load document) :

Other config - the same result..
Image
Other web browser :
Image

Quake 3 Arena - master list not load, manual IP not respond.
Image

Any ideas? Should I Flash internal DC memory? Logs from DreamPi? Maybe Internal / external IP?

First off thats the wrong IP for Quake. Type in "100.10.72.182:27962"

You can flash internal DC memory but I dont think that's the issue. I'm sure its some router setting you have or worst case your ISP.

Can you ping Google.com on the Pi itself via by logging into the pi and see if you can ping websites?
Are you behind a firewall?
is DMZ enabled on your router for your dreamcasts IP to 192.168.X.98 where X for most people will either be 1 or 0?

Wi-fi dongle connected to Pi resolve the problem.
DreamPi is now connected ;)
