The following ports and port ranges need to be forwarded to the IP address of the Dreamcast (for both TCP and UDP):
6500
6667
28900
27900
2300-2400
6900-7500
47524
I'll post tomorrow and hopefully we can get this working

I'm not extremely familiar with port forwarding so hopefully I did it correctly. Here are a couple screenshots:

Yup, the Dreamcast is assigned 192.168.1.98 by the Netopia router so it's always the same. I figured 98 would be a good number for it.
