Is there a list of 2D games that are 100% native for Dreamcast (Gumbird 2, for example)?

No list that I know of. But you can go to Sega Retro to see what games are and see pics.

I believe that pure 2d games do not exist on the system, the games use flat polygons with textures simulating sprites.
