It doesn't support 576p? Why not?

Much cheaper than the BeharBros range, though I bet that difference shows in the image quality.

Dreamcast dosen't output 576i/p when using VGA, just 480p

sellers write any nonsense in the description
the jumpers in the connector are set to VGA mode, where does 480i/576i come from
this adapter is the most common VGA2HDMI converter

The cable/adapter itself is fine. Image and sound are good with no glaring faults. Not as sharp as VGA or dcdigital. But way cheaper, easy to install and less clutter that vga/ossc setup

I'm pretty sure this is the same thing as Kaico's, however, it seems cheaper:

I have the Kaico Labs one, I bought recently from Amazon for $30, I like it a lot but I have noticed that using any HDMI adapter for the Dreamcast makes the dithering filter very obvious on some games (looks like gray dots in a grid, shows up as banding in some colors and greys)... this actually occurs normally from the Dreamcast and even shows up in VGA adapters, but obvious in the HDMI adapter. You take the trade though, getting little dithering issues in exchange for HDMI... the HDMI DC mod also has this, I think only reducing the sharpness from the TV or using OSSC can attempt to reduce dithering filter's pattern... unless people have strategies!

Bought Kaico HDMI Adapter recently from Amazon but i just couldn't get the adapter to work with my 4KTV. Most of the time i got black screen but sometimes if i'm lucky, it boots up to dreamcast startup screen and than go back to black screen (no signal) I also tested on my computer monitor (1080) but the result is the same.
Any solution for this or my HDMI adapter is already dead on arrival.

UPDATE
----------
IT'S Turn out that my dreamcast is the problem. Tested the HDMI cable on my friend DC and it works.
