I'm opening up an online store later this week, and I'm going to be selling replacement cases. A lot of the cases I've seen people sell on eBay and other sites look like complete and utter garbage; minimal effort and little passion involved (Granted there are some pretty amazing case suppliers out there too but they're few and far between). I want to know what the community wants from their game cases? I grew up on Dreamcast games, so I have a rough idea but that will only take me so far! Do people prefer 7mm cases to 14mm cases ect. What looks best on your shelf? Do we need options between PAL, NTSC and NTSC-J variations? I've enlisted a lot equipment and some help to put this project together. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I would love to get some nice PAL replacement cases. These cases break so easily, especially when I bought some new ones to the collection. These delivery guys throw with the boxes so a lot of the times a case arrives with broken hinges

I think also having Multi-Disc is Important. I recently bought some new Jewel cases that support multiple discs in case I own the legitimate copy but the CD-R one has additional features. I am able to keep both discs in the same case.
