Might be up for a match next week. It most likely wont work as there is no port forwarding to my knowledge but you never know since its a different router. I know that in December i can do some matches

I have tried with Bring some NetLink, but we're failing at one point.

If I wait, I can see he's calling me. However, I'm stuck at "Answering phone"...
When I try to dial him with port 5060 or 4000, I'm stuck at "Dialing...."

I have no idea what to do :/ .

Sounds to me that its an issue with portfowarding. Remember whatever port your calling it has to be configed on the voip itself. you also both must use the same port number. So if you change from 4000 to 5060on your router you must also do the same on the voip. This also sounds like a case with an issue with the router. Have you both port forwarded on your routers?

Make sure you dmz the ip address of your voip ata.

Sounds like the audio is not coming through which is due to a port being blocked.

It is already DMZed and redirected to the correct ports.
