best dreamcast fps?

i have not played much dreamcast shooter games. really only rainbow 6 rouge spear. but my friends and i played it in to the ground back in the day. even took it with me when camping. needless to say i had the most bad ass tent in the place.
but my question is what do you all think is the best fps on dreamcast and why?

When the hell is Hypertension coming out? Wasn't it supposed to be out in 2014?
Also I've heard good things about that Half-Life game.

Not sure. But here was a new teaser video released i think last year. It will come eventually I'm sure.
