A question about CDI's

Hello all, this question may sound silly but is it possible to make a CDI of Skies of Arcadia with the cheats already on it and active? For example I want Vyse, Aika, Fina, Dharcma, and Enrique to have infinite HP, MP, Spirt and a Infinte money cheat. I'm not any good at the technical side of things so please forgive my ignorance.
