He just now pushed out a fixed firmware removing timebomb code

He also told me 3DO usb drives do not have this code implemented.

I updated mine and everything went well. I was always a bit wary of updating since I have a really old USB-GDROM (the kind with the rear-facing USB port) and I'd heard people had trouble updating those.
I like the new black screen/white font look, at least.

Glad to hear a fix is out. Has anyone torn it apart to see if theres any other problems that might arise from this firmware?
