In the run-up to today, I checked the site every day. This morning, it still had the same page saying pre-orders would start today. Now it says "out of stock." Does anybody know what happened?

Yep. I missed it too. Preorders were short. Site went up. Then crashed. The up again.then done. Next are in January.
