Ok, i need your eyes for this video footage test. I am trying to render a video in 60 fps but it not working out so great so i am going down to 24 fps in my render(thank you youtube for being shitty). You’re going to see two video’s in these test footage. One is the mp4 to mpeg2 video in 1080-24p and the other is the fla/ts video to mpeg2 1080-24p with no sound. Please click on the links and tell me which is best and can you tell from any motion blur or shuttle’s in these video’s. While telling me what is best the mp4 or fla/ts video. Both video’s are not modify with no color correction or sharpness. Also please view these video’s on your pc or smart tv then a cellphone.

1. mp4 to mpeg2 1080-24p

Hey

So I watched both on phone (I know, I know) but I'm at work currently.

Video 1 (mp4) seems smoother because I didn't notice any stutter

Video 2 (FLA) does have stutters for me but YouTube gives the option for 720p60 and 1080p60.

Honestly though both videos seem to be very laggy she generally not smooth (24fps will do that)

Also what does YouTube have to do with this? Why are you calling them shitty?

because when you upload a video it take away the quality by 40%. it will output the 1080p but the frame rates isn't their all the way. also it always darken the video and give it a sight blur for no reason at all.

That just isn't my experience at all. If encoded correctly YouTube will not transcode your video.

well after my testing i have to stick to 24fps then 60fps because youtube is video picky on it video format on fps. but i like what i see now after my upload test from my 24fps. now i am dealing with other stuff like the dreamcast and wii. what is the best vga to hdmi convertor box that can output 720p then it 480i. because what i am readying is that the dreamcast is kinda hard to get footage and make it clean when rendering video's on editing software.

I have zero idea but I can say

VGA -> HDE vga2hdmi -> elgato hd capture works great.

Dreamcast only does 640x480.

i wonder if my avermedia 985 express card will get it. because the wii and ps2 can output 480i to 720 if i put a upscaler box
