Yeah that's been around a while. Problem is that it's very difficult to actually get one. They're only sold on some Chinese website and it's a real chore to figure out how to order it. I've tried it myself and gave up. There are some websites that will order for you and have it shipped to the US but they usually charge a fairly hefty fee to do it. It's worth noting that you need a BIOS-modded Dreamcast in order to use it as well since it completely replaces the GD-ROM drive.
