4x4 Evolution (US):
Very low lap time (AoB) - does not work, the game seems to freeze all cars are stopped.
If you use Only one lap to finish the races (AoB) and Opponents don't move (AoB) - you can't complete the career mode, the place will always be "Out of Ranking". If possible, then the cars need to be stopped after the finish line.
LuC-iTA you can make Lap time stopped (AoB) - 00:10:000 and Stop cars after the finish line (AoB).

Spirit of Speed ​​1937 (US):
Opponents don't move (AoB) and Drive through walls and objects (AoB) - everything is fine.

Evil Twin Cyprien's Chronicles (EU) - everything is fine.

I tested these games on the console.

Then I will test Fur Fighters (US) on the console.

Wow I got curious of Spirit Of Speed and saw in GH it's GDI-only cuz WinCE

I opened track03.bin in HxD but come up empty trying for array of bytes

01 8B FB A3 09 00 38 90 8C 01 1C 61 nor 01 89 85 A2 09 00 08 C7 I can't find/not seeing

EDIT: Well tried archive.org sourced GDI (first from RGT) and closer but only to 01 8B FB and 01 89 85 A2 09 00

Search the AoB strings in any bin file of the game and you'll be sure to find the right ones to modify

In my opinion I don't think so, but codes can be ported from one system to another. For example I ported my wipeout' codes, done for psx, to saturn, dreamcast, ps2 and ps3 systems. It can be hard but most of the times doable.
