LuC-iTA has a question about Evil Twin (CB code - Jump much higher - alternate code) with this code "good Cyprien" jumps above the game screen (disappears), but the game camera stays in place (doesn't move for "good Cyprien"). Probably because of this you couldn't make a CB code for Jump in midair.

About SnoCross I can try to search for other joker commands. But at least the codes works on real HW.

4x4 EVO for me is strange honestly. Reminds me some N64 games in which the addresses are "shifted" or something like this.
So it's hard to understand what addresses to use but I've an idea so I'll provide other codes to try.
About the protection I analyzed the PS2 version because labels are clear.
So I followed the code by Codejunkies and for what I saw the anti-hack checks if someone change the number of total laps and other things.
Then there's a message that says "Someone is cheating" or something like that.
I think it concerns more about the online part of the game.

StarLancer I can't find the right value of the rockets, same as for the enemies' health.
About the Jump in midair codes thank you for your suggestion, the reason unfortunately is simplier, I don't know how to make those type of codes.

There is a flaw with this CB code, in the scenes when the prince fights the enemy and press the Y button - the prince starts jumping.

If you use Only one lap to finish the races (AoB) and Opponents don't move (AoB) - you can't complete the career mode, the place will always be "Out of Ranking". If possible, then the cars need to be stopped after the finish line.

Wow I got curious of Spirit Of Speed and saw in GH it's GDI-only cuz WinCE

I opened track03.bin in HxD but come up empty trying for array of bytes
