Replace case for N64

So I want to get a Jungle Green N64, my question is to whether I can buy a defective Jungle unit on Ebay and then just replace the internals from a working console?

I am not sure if all cases are the same. Thanks!

Not sure, but I think Jungle Green is the most common.
