Classic Mancave

Totally off topic but i just wanted to share my efforts on classic 80s arcade preservation


The video below is my own games room and all the machines have bee fully restored(some were about to be taken to the skip)
before being rescued

I know its mainly 80s fruit machines and you will have to be of a certain age to appreciate them but there are a couple of classic Sega machines too :D

Very cool! Reminds me of going to the smokey (before the ban!) arcades in Whitley Bay as a kid and seeing adults playing the fruities and kids playing the games!

Do you mean you found the fruit machines discarded outside old arcades or you bought them from owners who were about to dump them?
aka DavidHK on DC games.

More owners who decided to dump them

An example is the Daytona standup it was in serious need of renovation and it was faulty

I paid £150 for it and spent about £200 getting it up to scratch
