the only reason its laggy (most of the time) is because the rollers are dirty. when they're clean it performs as well as laser mouse, problem is it has to be cleaned every 2-3 weeks
I got this litle item years ago.
I still havent tried it becuase i want the real-deal when im playing dc.
And the original Mouse and KB for dreamcast isent really that bad
youre right.. for the time.. the mouse and KB are pretty much standard issue
only problem i ever have is forgetting to clean the rollers inside the mouse.. usually I do it right after use but sometimes get lazy and it screws me up next time I go to use it.. lol
With the change in keyboards on laptops and some desktop keyboards over the years, with the flat and short keys (which I do love), I've had a hard time going back to the DC keyboard. But after getting a mechanical keyboard for my PC, it makes shifting back to the DC keyboard much easier. If anything I've gotten better at 'Typing of the Dead.'
Yeah I got a Mechanical board about a year ago and really like it. I would love to use it on my DC along with my Logitech G9X. Hands down my favorite gaming mouse especially since it has adjustable weights too. I will have to get some of these adapters and see how they work in the future. I guess it still remains to be seen if the USB to PS/2 adapters work.
