When i meant "dated" i originally mean by what modern people would call "dated" I still find 3d games on the Saturn to look great and have no issue with it, you just have to transport back to 96 and your good to go 
On a personal level i dont find any of these games dated, Sa1 for example if my favorite game of all time! was just braining up examples of what "Modern" games talk about
