Easiest way to add pictures to topics?

I'm just wondering what is the easiest way to add pictures to forum topics without exceeding the limit size and without having to upload somewhere first if that's possible?

Imgur is good especially if you reg it won't reduce your PNGs to JPG format

Then you use [img]<URL>[/img]

Yeah, Imgur is my favorite upload site for pictures, but also you can upload attachments so you don't have to upload elsewhere, and it should resize the image for you as well to fit in the page better.
