You can still use that card but you have to hook up your Dreamcast audio into your mircophone port and record the game audio that way.

First two games worked...

I need a boot disc that supports VGA, ive looked online, tried the Utopia 1.3 and DC-X, neither work, at best i get a not supported...

The game i was trying to boot with DC-X was a legitimate NTSC-U copy of Quake 3 Arena, not a backup. It did not work. DC-IE works perfect.
