I did a search on this site for any info on this and no hits popped up so I thought I would post

Stampede the sheep herding game

Apparently the game was found in playable state and secured by bitmap bureau. The developer behind Xeno Crisis. They have pictures and interview with bitmap bureau. They said when done with Xeno Crisis they would definitely look at this. Now that Xeno Crisis is done we might get a release of this.

AH! I remember this article! Wow, a full on retail quality game using official Katana SDK getting released in the future at retail? How awesome is that?!

I'm really looking forward to see more info about this game. A CDI would be awesome but let's see what can be done.

How do you know? Has it been released?

Has not been released, the version bitmap bureau has must not be very complete if they just haven’t come back to release it or even talk about it again, I’ve messaged them and asked about it and they just leave it on read so I don’t think we’ll be seeing this lost game
