Some of the stranger phrases I've typed include "fart in a bottle" and "brain douche".
Anyway, I managed to up my score, and 95% accuracy and 5 civilians saved. The 95% accuracy is on the second picture.

Re: Dreamcast Live Competition #18 - The Typing of the Dead
Excellent Alec! I'm not sure if I can beat that. I'll give it a try though. Now you just gotta go for that 6,000 points!

Re: Dreamcast Live Competition #18 - The Typing of the Dead
Pfft... I think I'll pass on that 6,000 point achievement.
It was a lucky run though. Everything seemed to go my way. Playing TotD is an interesting experience though. Seems like there's more possibility; whether you save a civilian or let them die is more a question of what phrase happens to pop up than anything. Because of that, I find myself taking routes I've never taken before. It's not like in HotD2, where I take the same route every time because I save the same people every time.

Too bad we didn't get more competitors. Oh well, I still had fun with this one.

Yeah, not sure why no one else entered. I got quite a few votes for this game too. Oh well. Glad you had fun anyway.Alec1382 wrote:Too bad we didn't get more competitors. Oh well, I still had fun with this one.

It's strange. I didn't even vote for the game when the polls were up because I didn't own it at the time.pcwzrd13 wrote:Yeah, not sure why no one else entered. I got quite a few votes for this game too.Alec1382 wrote:Too bad we didn't get more competitors. Oh well, I still had fun with this one.

Maybe in the future we could keep some of these "competitions" open indefinitely?pcwzrd13 wrote:Yeah, not sure why no one else entered. I got quite a few votes for this game too. Oh well. Re: Dreamcast Live Competition #18 - The Typing of the Dead
Well I already doubled the length of the competitions to two weeks instead on one a while back. I will sometimes extend the competitions if requested or if I feel it's necessary. This one didn't seem to have much interest so I didn't extend it.everynewday84 wrote: Maybe in the future we could keep some of these "competitions" open indefinitely?
