Well, White label usually denotes a demo or review copy, but they usually look like this: Image
That one looks more like a printed CD-R. Does it look like a pressed disc or a burned disc?

If it is something official, it will have sega printed on the other side (near the center)

I put my money on that this is a home-made CD-R with a adhesive label slapped onto it.

I don't see sega on it other than the front. It is a thick sticker on the front almost like cardboard. I can just barely see some printing underneath that looks like maybe it could be a cd-r but it's very hard to tell. The reverse side is dark like a PS1 game. Does not play in either system but it does load the cd player but plays nothing. I'm afraid to peel the sticker to see what's under there lol...

Ok thank you so much! I'm gonna hang on to it just because it's interesting. I know there is some kind of data on it but I have not figured out a way to read any of it yet. Have not had a chance to pop it into a pc yet though. Again, thanks for the quick help!
