NullDC has an option to show the frame rate. here are some pictures that I posted in another thread, if you zoom in to the upper left corner you will see the frame rate in green. All three games run at 60fps, the frame rate does dip a few frame per second at times on NullDC but it stays above 50 for my PC. I should also mention that American Pro trucker runs in 60fps so it can be added to this list.

Ah, yes, that is probably a reliable indicator in emulators, as games aren't likely to use fake framerates, unlike videos. The frame counting approach will work with footage recorded from a console, though, as you have to record at 60 FPS and then check whether the video has duplicate frames in order to tell whether the game runs at 30 or 60 FPS.

Using an emulator will be a lot faster, but you might still need to use the console approach for games that won't boot in emulators (or if the emulator isn't throttling the virtual Dreamcast properly and allows a variable FPS game to exceed the FPS it can reach on real hardware).

I am not going to go through all 11 pages to look to see if these are already here, but some guy did a nice series on 60FPS DC games. Pretty nice to watch them all and I was surprised by a few of them he listed. Literally just watched all these the other day.

I don't think Sega GT and Skies of Arcadia running at 60 fps.

Both of them have 60fps gameplay on YouTube. I'll double-check Sega GT but I don't own Skies of Arcadia yet.

I can confirm that Sega GT runs max 30 fps, as i remember it from 2000.
