As long as Uwe Boll'name isn't attached to this project, I'll give it a look-see. I still have that aftertaste of that House of The Dead film lingering in my mouth. Yuuck!

Gladly he's done after his third crowdfunding campaign failed. From what it looks like, it's going to be done by one pf the producers behind the Scott Pilgrim vs the World Film, Marc Platt.

The game shinobi x on the saturn had live action cut scenes and from what I've read many people didn't like them at the time so I hope the shinobi movie is going to be good

It was only bad because that was the time where Sega spread themselves too thin st do the proper justice with their IPs, and it was more like a cheesy one off tv series. Hell Shinobi X (Shinobi Legions where I'm from) was done by Vic Tokai which was such a dark time for Sega anyways.

I like Uwe Boll's HOTD a lot. Cheesy as Hell, stereotype characters, tits, and Jürgen Prochnow as Captain Kirk.
What's not to like?...

I know that House of the Dead is one of those films that is so bad it good, but we have learned our lesson to never let him touch any gaming IPs period.
