Colour theme of site to match your Dreamcast region

I love love this site but being that I am from a PAL region the colour theme does not remind me of the dreamcast. I think it would be awesome if the website changed colour theme based on your location.

Europe = Blue
Asia = Red
USA = Orange.

Having a theme change based on your IP would be a little complicated to rig up and i'm not sure if every user would be happy with that automatic selection. We DO have region themed styles that you can choose yourself. Simply go to top menu bar and choose "User Control Panel" > Board Preferences > My Board Style. We have the default orange for NA, red for asia and PAL. We also have green because green is cool

The favicon is a gif that is supposed to flash between all three colors haha. But it doesn't seem to work on every browser. I think it works on firefox. But it's not working for me on Chrome right now
