Its an engine that lets you create creatures using a rather vast set of options. There's some pretty funny stuff people have made for it.

I saw that game and it looked pretty fun but I probably can't play because I couldn't put Zoo Tycoon 2 for my sister on because the graphics card isn't good enough.
