Scandinavian: I got my DC in the first week of its release & have been at it ever since. It did go extremely low profile (I played, but didn't buy anything) for about 3 years or so from 2033 on, coz we had a baby & needed fundings for that ;)

as for money...I really have no clue, I don't really keep track; somewhere over €10000 (my god!!! ) I'm sure; I did get about half of the PAL set & peripherals in the DC's lifetime (when they came out) so I paid the full price for em.

Wiz: actually we're having a fortified front door installed this year ;). I really don't fear thieves, they'd prolly just nick the Wii thats in the living room. they wouldn't even know the worth of a full PAL set when it bites em in the ass ;)

Hound: I honestly have no idea, there's so many great items to choose from ;) . but for the moment I think its gonna be the Sakura Wars dreamcast that I finally purchased last night, I've been wanting that one for I can't remember how long...

Yah, you're probably right. What are the odds that a thief would also be an expert on the Dreamcast? .... so you say your collection is worth around €10000? ;)

I'm asking because mine has the top layer loosely on top of the print...

Could you please check this for me...

I'll tell you. It's sticky, so it tends to grip the layer underneath, but it's not bonded by any means.

Ah, nice...

I thought mine was fucked up. But I guess that's the way they are supposed to be... lol

Thanks for clearing that up... ^^

Making a hard DDR pad with wood, plexi and metal would be a nice project...

I've seen kits online, but they are quite expensive.

Especially after shipping and taxes...
