How to put files back into a Naomi GDI?

Hi, dont know if this is the right place or where should i ask this(if you point me in the right direction would be great)

I simply need to put back in a file i extracted from a naomi gdi with gdrom explorer and modded, i tried GDIbuilder but that seem to only work with dreamcast games, are there other ways to do this? Thanks!

I finally was able to do it with these instructions https://github.com/NaomiMod/Naomi-GD-Rom-IP-Patcher using Rebuild GDI's v1.2, Naomi-GD-Rom-IP-Patcher 1.1a and Gdrom explorer for encrypting again
